AND WE'RE BACK!!!!!!

Through lots of patience and perseverance and being homeless for a month and a half, we made it. We are in our next home. We love it!!! We are very excited to be
  1. Not homeless
  2. In our own home
  3. Not living in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom trailer with 2 other people and their dog and cat
  4. Planning our first remodel project (the kitchen)
  5. Able to make our own schedule and not have to work around that of others
  6. Able to have a larger shower.
Wow, didn't know what we had been missing . . . . actually, yes we did. Our new house is great though. We bought it as a fixer-upper, so there are some things that need to be redone, but the projects are larger than the last house, but not as labor-some (like redoing an entire basement). We have attached a few pics for your viewing pleasure.

Our new address is 306 Hillcrest Drive Selah, WA 98942.

Yes they left the pool table. As you can imagine, Russ was ecstatic!!!!

Here is a view of the kitchen and the living room(which will be removed in March and redone to be a kitchen with an island and a dining room).

The backyard. It looks just as good as our front yard!!!! Needless to say, it needs work!!! And a sprinkler system.

The house is bigger than we were looking for, but we have room for visitors, so we'd love to have you.

Woohoo!! Way to go! I can't imagine having to share space with someone for that long! Did you guys do cartwheels in the living room first thing? ;) Your kitchen is nice and big (that's what she said), you're gonna be able to do so much cool stuff to it! Can't wait to see more pics!

Selah?! Selah?! Not Selah! You guys were so cool being Yakima people. Promise me you'll always keep it real?

Sorry, Tori!!! We looked and looked for a house in Yakima, but couldn't find one with a deal like this one!!!

Yes Janelle, literally cartwheels in the living room. Then we cleaned the whole thing.

It will be a big project, but it will look great when we are finished.

Woot ya! I'm excited for you guys... and I definitely understand being appreciative of the small things after so long with out them! I think you should do one of the bathrooms chinese style... it would be so cheap. Just hook a hose up to the wall for a shower, and let that drain into your squat toilet. People could enjoy your company, plus get some appreciation for other cultures all at the same time!

We miss you guys!

Can't wait to see how you guys work your magic with the kitchen. It looks like it's got a lot of great potential. We want to do the same so it will be great to learn from you guys. Looks like a great house...can't wait to see it.

How neat that you got to go to Mirian's birth Mom's big events. Everyone seems so happy and at piece. You guys are amazing and Mirian is so lucky!
